“His heart was full of love, full of dreams, and the deep desire to do well for his family.”
That is how Spanish teacher Angela Cascia remembers the late Kevon Walker ’24.
A celebration of life for Walker will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at True Bethel Baptist Church, 907 E. Ferry St., Buffalo, followed by a funeral service at 11 a.m.
The following Canisius students achieved excellence by earning placement on the Honor Roll for the First Quarter of the 2024-25 school year.
We mourn the sudden passing of Walker, who was in his freshman year at St. Francis University in Loretto, Pennsylvania.
Fr. Dennis Baker, S.J., ’98 professed is final vows in the Society of Jesus Friday during a Mass of Perpetual Profession at Loyola Blakefield School, where Baker is President.
On the eve of one of the most notable anniversaries in Buffalo’s history, Canisius students partnered with the Theodore Roosevelt Inaugural National Historic Site to restore a historic marker on our campus.
