Virtual Exercise Group

By CHS staff

Members of the Canisius High School community have a new way to exercise together, and compete against each other, virtually during this time of social distancing. First, you must have a Peloton. Then, follow the #CanisiusHSPeloton tag.

“There’s a real community of riders who compete,” explains Tim Leary ’00 who started the Canisius tag. “I wanted Canisius alumni to be able to find and race against each other.”

Tim has been using a Peloton bike for a few years and knows there may be more new users now that gyms and other team sport opportunities for exercise are limited. He offers an explanation for those who need help finding the tag.

“If you have a Peloton bike, follow the tag #CanisiusHSPeloton to connect and ride with (or race against) anyone else in the CHS community.”
