Crusaders Roundup 4/19/21
By Steven Czarnecki '21

Football

The Crusaders have been on COVID pause this week, suspending their scheduled game against St. Francis. Hopefully, they can return for their last regular season game against St. Joe’s this Saturday at 1:00pm on the road.

Volleyball

Canisius swept West Seneca West, St. Francis, Hamburg, Eden, and St. Joe’s this week, winning all three sets in each match. These five victories complete a perfect regular season for the squad, as they finish with a 14-0 overall record and a 9-0 Monsignor Martin record. Additionally, they have only lost one set all season.

The Crusaders will take on O’Hara at 5:00pm on Wednesday in the Monsignor Martin semifinals. With a win, they advance to the championship on Friday to challenge either St. Joe’s or St. Francis.

Go Crusaders!
