Matt Baldwin (photo above) reached 100 wins in December, and on January 23 earned his 110th career varsity win surpassing the record of 109 victories as a Crusader held by Daniel Thrush ‘99. Matt is now the most prolific Canisius wrestler ever.

Tom Blackwell (photo below) earned his his 100th win at Catholic States in February. Tom also set the single season win record with 45 wins.

Canisius placed five wrestlers on the podium at the Catholic State Championships including Matt Baldwin as state runner-up and a fourth place finish for Tom Blackwell. Josh Kracker '19 also had a fourth place finish, while Barry Colby '20 and Luke Brydges '22 placed sixth.
