How to Apply: Grade 10, 11

REQUIRED*

1. Create a CHS portal account and complete application*
           ► Click the following button and create your account. On your portal home page, click the green                           button that says begin admission process to complete your application.

2. Complete your Applicant Checklist*
           ► Follow the checklist on your portal account. Every transfer application requires you submit your last
               three years of academic data (grades).
           ► Submit a teacher recommendation form through the CHS portal.

3. Schedule an interview*
           ► All transfer applicants participate in an interview as part of the application process.  To schedule the
               interview, please contact Tom Weislo, Director of Admission, at (716) 200-0205 or
               weislo@canisiushigh.org.

4. Visit Canisius High School
           ► Take a private tour.             
           ► Be a Crusader for the Day.
