For the past several years, Canisius has offered its students a one-to-one iPad program. A large majority of the school’s curriculum and coursework is based upon and augmented by 21st Century educational technology.

Students who are intellectually gifted and have distinguished themselves through hard work and academic achievement are designated as Ignatian Scholars and, as such, are enrolled in honors and accelerated courses. Enrichment programming outside the classroom is also open to these young men.
While the school is steeped in Catholic tradition, Canisius welcomes and respects a diversity of religious traditions. As a reflective Jesuit community, pride is taken in the school’s open and welcoming atmosphere in which differences are valued.
