I am a chairperson what do I do?

To begin with, thank you for volunteering to chair an event.  Without you and your team's efforts, many of the special times and memories would not have happened.  You do not need to start from scratch.  There is a file with what happened last time.  It will be provided to you.

Here is a list of things to do:

• Request your volunteer list from Rosanne Frandina
• Sort out your budget from the previous activities
• Request your funds
• Publicize your event
• Please attend the Parents Association meetings before and after your event to let everyone know how it is going
